The DriveShaft Shop axles include a proprietary chrome moly outer c.v. that’s a direct fit into the factory hub. The center bar is made from 300M that is not only stronger but more torsional. After testing the factory units they found both the outer c.v. and the bar to be very brittle and not torsional at all. This setup is an upgraded axle that will re-use the inner c.v. (factory inner c.v.'s were tested and found to be extremely strong. We also offer a service where you can send in you factory axles and have us change the parts over for an extra $100.00. Level 5 axles also available for high horsepower applications.
